Summer Time Home Maintenance

The Central Valley/ Modesto area is warming up and it's time to check a few things around the house.
1. Have the Air Conditioner serviced by a licensed HVAC Contractor to make sure everything is working correctly, before you have too.
2. Change the filters for the AC Unit.
3. Check window screens for any repairs needed.
4. Smoke detector batteries need to be changed yearly
