WHAT MOLD TEST CONSISTS OF: QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE NON-VIABLE TESTING

 

QUALITATIVE: Swab test -- a sample is taken of the mold area sealed in container and sent to lab for testing.  Carpet sampling may also be done.  This type of testing only identifies what types of mold are present.

 

QUANTITATIVE: Air testing -- air samples are taken of the outside of house and each room that is suspect of having mold.  This is sent to lab for results.  Carpet sampling is also done at this time.  Identifies type of molds and quantity.

Narrative style report with pictures for all inspections unless otherwise requested. There is a 1 to 2 day turn around time on receiving the competed report.

 

Also offering last minute/same day reporting with checklist style report form.
